A Sweet and Tangy Tropical Symphony of Heat Exotic Spices.
Born in Jamaica with music in her veins, Mama Kingston’s father Jack Ruby, was a record producer and Hi-Fi sound system operator in the 1970s. He was known for his productions with the legend Bob Marley and the Wailers’ "Uprising" album, considered one of the roots upon which reggae music originated.
While famously used for grilling
chicken and pork, you can use this sauce on everything. Lather
generously over grilled vegetables, meats or seafood, stir into stews, or use it for dipping fries.

Sean's Favorite Chicken
Ingredients:
4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
2 tbs olive oil
1/2 c Mama Kingston's Everything Everyday Sauce
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. season your chicken thighs with salt & pepper.
2. drizzle olive oil over the chicken, ensuring all parts are covered.
3. Place chicken thighs on the grill, skin side down. Grill for about 5-6 minutes, until the skin is golden & crispy.
4.Brush generous amount of Mama Kingston's Everything Everyday Sauce on the grilled side. Grill for another 5-6 minutes. Flip Chicken, brush sauce on again & grill for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring that the chicken is fully cooked & the sauce is caramelized.
Pair with fries for an irresistible meal that Sean Kingston himself would be proud of!
Ingredients:
2 lbs oxtail, cut into pieces
2 tbs olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c Mama Kingston's Everything Everyday Sauce
2 c water
Instructions:
1. Season your oxtail pieces with salt & pepper. Set aside to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the oxtail pieces & brown on all sides. This should take about 10 minutes.
3. Add the chopped onion & minced garlic to the pot. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the onions are softened.
4.Stir in Mama Kingston's Everything Everyday Sauce. Ensure the oxtail pieces are well coated. Let it cook for about 5 minutes.
5.Pour in the water, cover the pot, & reduce the heat to low.
6. Allow the oxtail to simmer for about 2-3 hours until they are tender and the sauce has thickened.
Serve Mama Kingston's Oxtail Hot with Yellow Rice and Veggies.

4 salmon fillets
2 tbs olive oil
1/2 C Mama Kingston's Everything Everyday Sauce
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. Season salmon fillets with salt and black pepper. Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon fillets.
3. Place the seasoned fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skin side down.
4. Brush on a generous amount of Mama Kingston's Everything Everyday Sauce on each fillet.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
